Intro:


          We all grew up by listening to these words like "Health" or "Fitness".And later these words are used in phrases like "Health is Wealth" and "Fitness is the key to success".First of all, what is fitness stand for? Health is defined as a state of physical, mental, and social well-being and not simply physical well-being. Health and fitness go hand in hand. It means if you want to be healthy you must have to be fit.




Factors to achieve Fitness:


                                             Fitness is not just achieved by just eating food (vegetables or meats). That means we cannot achieve it by own. So there must be some factors to achieve it. Then what are these factors should be? These will be the physical environment in which we live or work, quality of the meal but routinely, and bodybuilding exercises to be in shape or fit.




Food:


      Primarily and the most important source to be fit is, of course, healthy and nutritious food. Don't use food in uneven quantities. There must be a balanced diet to keep your body fit and sound. Then what the balance food will be? Take vegetables, fruits, and pulses daily and red meat three days per week (350g-500g). Most of you have struggled with a balanced diet to stay fit, this routine of a balanced food diet will help you to stay healthy and fit.




Bodybuilding / Exercise:


                                         Bodybuilding or exercises on a routine basis help us to digest balanced food and to use it for the fitness of the body and to improvise our muscle power to do more daily stuff. Bodybuilding exercises not only help in fitness but also help us to control our fitt (anger). You have to spend at least 20 to 30 mins in the near gym. These will help us to burn fats, calories and in losing weight. Also, different kinds of exercise like aerobic exercises (walking, running, and cycling) help us to improvise our respiratory system fit.




Impact of Environment:


                                         Fitness does not mean being physically fit but it also means being emotionally fit too. An unpleasant environment impacts badly on our emotional fitness and makes us angry (fitt) most of the time but also air pollution makes a negative impact on our physical fitness who do exercise and bodybuilding even on daily basis. In a community where the environment is in a poor condition a fit person also becomes a patient. So to keep yourself fit and healthy make your environment also clean and fit.




Conclusion:


                    If you are a person who does exercise and bodybuilding on the daily basis then you will stay fit and happy. And if you are a person having good fitness then you will expose less to chronicle diseases and will stay happy and healthy for a long time. Your emotionally healthy mind will help you in the most crucial states or different chores. The intensity of your organ failures as well as your decisions will also reduce.
