And if we see it from the perspective of today's bodybuilding then we will find it more true for this one. Research tells us that bodybuilding is an efficient way to lose body weight or to achieve perfect body shape. If you are trying to lose weight then bodybuilding is the best way to do it because, in bodybuilding, expert gym trainers tell you how to lose weight and achieve a shaped body.
Numerous facets assist in bodybuilding like hiring a good trainer, choice of good nutrients, good supplements and good training hours, and all of above the mind frame to do all these.
Mindset:

The first most important thing for a male/female bodybuilder is that he/she must have a good trainer because an inexperienced trainer can be harmful to your body. After all, your body requires a proper diet table and time to do bodybuilding that is why you must have an experienced trainer who can provide you the both.
Nutrients:
Another important factor of bodybuilding is having good nutrition and diet. Research shows that bodybuilder requires nutrient ingredients for an effective workout and the most effective nutrients are proteins so you must increase the usage of protein-rich food (all kinds of meat are protein-rich). As we know that proteins are a rich source of energy so they enable us to perform the workout properly. Alongside proteins carbohydrates also help in the consumption of energy or burning of fats. Dextrins, starches, glycogen, and inulin are present are some carbohydrates that are present in vegetables like potatoes that take a longer time to burn. So they can help in enhancing bodybuilders more than simple sugar.
Supplements:
If you have higher bodybuilding goals then your body requires more bodybuilding supplements to play a vital role in a workout. There are several supplements from weight gain powder to steroids. Creatine Monohydrate is the most famous supplement that helps in increasing strength. But a bodybuilder must not use supplements more.
Workout:
There are several exercises that you can pick for muscle building like Olympic squat helps in (Leg development), Deadlift can in (Back Development), Bench Press (help in the development of upper body) is important because it is favorite of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bill Kazmaier.
